Today I have seen people from all over the world support Libya and New Zealand; today we are not “American”, “English”, “Spanish”, “Libyan”, “African”, “Egyptian”, etc… Today, we are human and we are a singular heart beating in unison with hope for our fellow humans and the rights to life and liberty they all deserve.

7,852 Notes!

Wow!

Last night I posted this quote from Anderson Cooper. I woke up this morning to see it’s received over 7,000 notes (and still gaining); which is by far the most I’ve ever gotten on a post (that I know of!) I’m absolutely overcome with joy that Tumblr is such a haven for news and active youth - it gives me actual hope for our future, as corny as that sounds. Keep up the information flow, it’s the only way we all can truly see what’s going on in our world.
